Splicing Mo Tai Narrow Greenhouse films are made by splicing several narrow films. When splicing, it is necessary to increase the bonding area and improve the bonding strength. If the seam is too narrow, the bonding area will be small and will cause cracks when pulled hard.
Press the film with the thread to build the greenhouse and cover it with the film immediately. Generally, a laminating line is drawn every 1-2 scaffolds, and the tension of the line should be moderate. At the same time, a simple wind barrier is set up on the windward side.
Damaged film should be repaired. The film is easy to be damaged during use and storage. Temporary repair methods can be used for damage during use. There are two methods: one is water replenishment method, scrub the damaged area clean, cut a piece of non-perforated film that is slightly larger than the damaged area, dip it in water and stick it on the hole, drain the air between the two films, and press it flat. Yes; the second is the paper repair method, the agricultural film is slightly damaged, soak it in water and stick it on the damaged place while it is wet. Generally, it can be used for about 10 days.
The damaged film after dismantling the shed shall be repaired permanently. If the thicker film is damaged, it can be covered with a film of the same texture and connected with a thin thread. You can also wash the damaged part, cover the hole with a slightly larger film, and then cover 2-3 layers of newspapers, and lightly iron along the joint with an electric iron. The two films will stick together after being heated, and they will stick to each other after cooling. At the same time, this method is called hot compensation method. In addition, there is a glue repair method. Wash around the hole and apply it with a brush dipped in special glue. After 3-5 minutes, take a piece of film with the same texture and stick it on it. The glue will stick firmly after it dries. The hot patch method and the glue patch method have good effects. The stitching method not only leaks air, but also is easy to pull apart. It is best not to use the thin film.
When not in use, dig a hole to bury the film. During the storage period, it is necessary to prevent exposure, smoking, and fire roasting, otherwise, its service life will be greatly shortened. The best storage method for shed film is to dig a pit and bury it. After production, the removed film should be washed and dried, and then wrapped with old film. Choose a place where the soil is dry and humid. Dig a pit, and then wrap it. The good film is buried in the pit. Note that the distance between the upper layer of the film and the ground is more than 30 cm. This method can avoid the aging and brittleness of agricultural film stored in the air, and shorten the service life.
